The parade and town activities take a lot of effort and a tremendous amount of volunteer hours, so I would like to thank everyone who helped with Founders Day. Especially, Julie & Tim Alley, Jean Ramsey, and Mayor Patrick Plumb without them, yesterday would not have happened. I’d like to thank the businesses and the community for their support of the parade, either by entry or as fan. And I need to extend thanks to all the communities from Lake Chelan to Princeton BC who made this year’s parade special. Others played small but significant parts, my judges and all of you who showed up for at least one meeting to offer new ideas and suggestions and to Bertha for a much needed email Friday night.
